Since it's been so long since I posted...what comes to mind is how much Liam has enjoyed the two parades he has been to (I mean really, firetrucks, tractors and marching bands, all in the same place?) I'm sure to him it could hardly be any better unless "Thom-as" was in it. As in, Thomas the Tank Engine. If the TV is on, he asks for Thomas. The TV is merely a delivery system for the Thomas fix. We will be in trouble when he learns to operate the DVR, it may be parental lockdown time.
The typical toddler food idiosyncracies have started....if he sees ketchup, he'll want it. Whether it is on a food or not. I put it on a biscuit the other day so he wouldn't keep licking my french fries and handing them back. He doesn't like french fries, go figure. But he mostly definitely won't starve and eats enough fruit to send Carmen Miranda screaming in terror.
So for Christmas, some Thomas stuff, some Little People, some books...and if Santa happens to spot a pedal car before Christmas, well that might be under the tree also.
